Music from royal palaces covers the musical activities of Frederick the Great and his Prussian Court musicians. Our programme focuses on a sonata composed by his favourite sister, margravine Wilhelmine of Bayreuth, the 300th anniversary of whose death we are commemorating this year.
The concert programme with violin and harpsichord takes about 70 minutes. Our artists will present interesting facts and details about the musicians’ inner circle at that time and how the harpsichord works.
Our offer includes provision and repeated fine-tuning of the harpsichord. We can bring our own equipment for more lighting and sound on demand.
